Ecofan 802 Description:
The Ecofan Airmax 812 Brass is a heat-powered stove fan designed to circulate the air created by a wood or gas stove. The Ecofan has a thermoelectric module which acts as a small generator to power the fan's motor.
For more than a decade now, wood stove owners have been luxuriating in the heat and comfort generated by their Ecofans.
The EcoFan 802 model is suitable for use on wood stoves, operating with normal surface temperatures of between 205 degrees C and 345 degrees C. It generates up to 150 cubic feet (of air) per minute. Note: surface must be less than 700 degrees to prevent damage.

The Eco fan 802 has a thermoelectric module which acts as a small generator to power the fan's motor. They are designed to be used on woodstoves. This Ecofan 802 wood stove fan is heat powered and designed to circulate the warm air created by a wood stove, this ensures that the heat from your stove is evenly distributed and does not end up rising to the ceiling. The Ecofan 802 does not use any batteries or mains electricity.
These Ecofan 802 fans have a thermoelectric module which acts as a small generator to power the fan's motor. When this generator experiences a heat differential between its top and bottom surfaces, it pumps out electricity. The bottom surface of the module is heated by the base of the fan while the top of the module is kept cooler by the fan's top cooling fins.
Ecofan 802 starts automatically and adjusts it's speed with the stove temperature and generates up to 150 Cubic Feet of air per minute.

Easy Operation
Ecofans start automatically and adjust speed with the stove's temperature. As the stove heats up the Ecofan runs faster to move more air into the room. As the stove burns down and cools, the Ecofan automatically slows down and stops.
Costs Nothing to Operate
Because the Ecofan uses only the heat from the stove, it is the most economical way to effectively circulate the warm air. It does not plug in, uses no batteries, and can be used where there is no electricity.
